Help me find the issue
- Tell me whether you are using iPhone, iPad, Android or the website, and include the app version if available.
- Include the page or lesson name, what you expected and what happened.
- A screenshot can help. Remove private details first, and never send a password or one-time sign-in code.
Signing in and saved progress
Use the Google, Apple or email method connected to your Ground School 3D account. Email sign-in uses the newest one-time code sent from noreply@auth.groundschool3d.com; check your spam folder if it has not arrived.
An account and classroom setup are required before studying. Profile and completed study records sync with your account; an unfinished quiz stays on the device where you started it. In My profile & settings → Account, use Sync progress now and check the status. Contact me if a saved record is missing.
Lesson feedback
If an explanation or model is unclear, send the lesson name and the part you would like me to improve. For a factual correction, include the official reference and section if you have it.
The lessons are supplemental study material. They do not certify a qualification, provide an exam endorsement or replace current official publications and instruction.
Your data and account
You can export your data or start account deletion in My profile & settings → Account. If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, you can still request account and data deletion here.
