Account and data deletion · Ground School 3D · Winston Mafora

You can request deletion here even if you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app. You do not need to reinstall it.

Request account deletion by email

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to groundschool3d@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Ground School 3D account.

Include the email address associated with your Ground School 3D account and say that you want the account and associated data deleted. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, include that relay address if you know it. I’ll verify ownership before acting on the request, explain any additional steps and confirm when deletion is complete. Never send me your password or a sign-in code.

Delete directly in the app or browser

  1. Sign in to Ground School 3D and open My profile & settings → Account.
  2. Choose Review account deletion. Export your data first if you want a copy.
  3. Use a recent sign-in, or follow the on-screen steps to verify a fresh code sent to your account email.
  4. Type DELETE and choose Permanently delete my account.

If you are stuck in setup or cannot reach account settings, use the email request above. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your cloud account.

What deletion removes

The in-app flow also clears this device’s account progress cache. Deletion is permanent. It does not delete your separate Google or Apple account.

Other copies and records

Offline copies on other devices and legacy guest progress are not remotely erased. Clear the app’s or browser’s storage on those devices to remove them. Copies you exported remain wherever you saved them.

Service-provider backups and security or operational logs may remain under the providers’ retention schedules after live account records are removed. Support emails are separate from study records; tell me if you want correspondence included in your deletion request. I’ll explain relevant retention limits when responding. See the privacy notice for the services involved.
